Finally sort of got a regular net connection, almost got my mail under control enough that it isnt overflowing every ten minutes and nearly having enough time to do fun-stuff(TM) Hope I haven't missed too much. Hopefully will be at the meeting tommorow night, it all depends on the busses. I'm still down in the outback i mean the borders, well at least its quiet, its great even the sheep have disapeared. Anyway on to other stuff. I'm looking for a flat in edinburgh since i'm working more over there than anywhere else, so if anybody has a room they are looking to fill sometime in september please let me know. I should warn you I have a scary amount of computer equipment and a thirst for bandwidth so a 24-7 internet connection is a bonus. It doesnt really matter where the flat is in edinburgh as long as it is within easy cycling distance of city centre (<4 miles) And finally Nyetwork cards, I can get a fairly good deal from a company called corega, about 15% less than they advertise on their website, and i'm looking to put in a fairly large order to get the stuff as cheap as possible, i'm especially interested in people who want wireless lan cards since I will be getting some for this years LBW in belgium. Have a look at their website and let me know if you want anything ordered and i'll see if i can get a decent price. Finally this year die annual linuxbierwanderung is being held in Boullion in Belgium, its a lovely location lots of trees and LOTS of beer, is there anybody else coming along from slug? I will be on holiday before/after it and will not be travelling from glasgow and I would like if possible my bike carted over for me if anybody has a bike rack and is taking there car etc. I may decide to cycle it back, it all depends on how much crap jessica has me loaded up with by that time.
