Thanks to whoever it was who pointed out that php, MySQL etc. were included on the
basic 2-disk Mandrake set. I might not need to buy the full version after all.
I initially just did a fairly minimal installation to check that it would run on my
PC. I'll need to go back and update it to make sure I've got the stuff I want loaded.
One problem I've had as a newbie is that I've found it difficult to discover what
packages are in each of the suggested configuration options without installing them.
