I've had a WinTV/PCI for several years (Happuage (sp?)
It's stable, and reliable.
Nicam Digital Stereo/Teletext.
I bought mine in 1997, and it's had good Linux Kernel support since
(BT848 chipset).
A quick glance at Pless.co.uk indicates that they've got several similar
cards.
The BT878 chipset, which is the later version of BT848 seems to be the
rage nowadays, so I'd imagine you can't go wrong.
Oh, and _any_ of the *TV apps work (GnomeTV, KWinTV XawTV).
