I assume that those are POP3 mailboxes
you have at btinternet ?

In that case, fetchmail - http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail/ -
will pull the mail off and hand it over to linux
(sendmail or whatever you are using).

Dunno how you then get Windows to take the mail
from linux.

Why do you want to do this anyway?  I could see the
point if you were getting a proper SMTP mail delivery -
a la demon.  But your mail is already in POP boxes, yes?
So why put linux in the way, rather than just letting the
Windows boxes read the POP directly?  If they are able
to browse the web through your linux box then they'll be
able to get POP3 mail too.
