Going back to Pipex. Is their product actually related to Surftime. There's nowt on BT about needing to check that your exchange is enabled in order to get Surftime , but the Pipex "DialTime" offering ( which doesn't mention Surftime ) needs an enabled exchange. Any idea's what this offering is? The checker for your exchange says to come back as more exchanges are being enabled all the time ( without giving details ).
