For those without the uabar (like me), the options can be set manually.  
Add the line:

user_pref("general.useragent.override", "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE5.5;  
Windows 98;");

to your user.js file. I tried this once, but it didn't fix the problem
with the website. There must have been some other server-browser
interaction ...
