Re: [AI] PayTM or Google Pay?

2023-08-08 Thread Mohammed arif khan
Hi,It is absolutely true that Google pay is fully accessible, but when we
filling the amount to payi after swiping then the voice over or talk back does
a little problem if we tap on the next button with Explored by Touch then we
can easily pay. Seven-eight months ago, the Paytm had also become completely
accessible, but after some updates, the same situation has happened again
because many options are shown in the graphics. if you are familiar with the
interface of Paytm, then you can pay very easily. Thanks .

2023-08-07 Thread Sanjay Prasad
Hello,
Both paytm and google pay are accessible with talkback. As I use both my
experience is GooglePay is more accessible and user-friendly than paytm.
You can access paytm from their official website:
www.paytm.com
I don't think there is any way to access googlePay from desktop site.

Re: [AI] PayTM or Google Pay?

2023-08-06 Thread Satguru Rathi
Though everyone may have their preferences, when it comes to
accessibility, GPay is far ahead from other apps. Any app may have
glitches at any given time and GPay is no exception. I personally, have
never encountered any issues when transacting with GPay except in Uber
and perhaps, the implementation of the GPay in uber may have not been
done properly. but yes, it is troublesome with Uber to pay using GPay
some times.

With best regards,
Satguru Rathi.

Google pay's interface is significantly cleaner hence it is better.

Debit card or any other payment mode works in almost all UPI enable
apps. Satguru has wonderfully explained many points above. Google
knows many things about us, even our account balance! The text message
that lands in our mobile after each txn containing the remaining limit
or balance is very much in the memory of google messaging app! But
most of such information is protected and with out your consent, OTP
or by any other means no one can take out your money out of your
account unless a hard breaking or hacking is done to your secured
mobile phone!

Re: [AI] PayTM or Google Pay?

2023-08-05 Thread Satguru Rathi
Correction: NPCI is not a government body but a not-for-profit
organisation established by RBI and Indian Banks Association in 2008 and
is regulated by RBI. So, either way, your money is safe with their
interface provided you take care of your UPI pin.

Further, GPay is owned by Google so you can expect highest level of
accessibility compared to other UPI apps out there such as PhonePay,
PayTM and many more. I always prefer GPay over any other UPI apps.

With best regards,
Satguru Rathi.

Re: [AI] PayTM or Google Pay?

2023-08-04 Thread Satguru Rathi

Hi,

1. All these apps mentioned also utilise "UPI" apart from credit card.
One only needs the debit card.

2. One needs to link their bank account using the debit card details for
first time setup. Important, one would need the same number on the phone
using the GPay or PayTM as it would require sending SMS from your phone
in order to setup UPI.

3. Once the registration completed, one would need to setup a UPI pin
which is either of four or six digits depending on the bank. GPay would
tell the length of the pin required.

4. Now, your UPI ID will be created automatically. Please note that
multiple UPI IDs can be created for one account.

5. While making payment through GPay, you would not require to enter
your UPI id but only need to remember your UPI pin you had created
during setup. However, few apps like Amazon or IRCTC also allow you to
make payments using 3rd party apps "Other UPI apps" such as GPay or
PayTM and there you would need to enter your UPI Id.

6. In GPay, you can almost make any kind of payment be it your landline
bill, or any other utility bill. Just need to find the right category.

7. The payment can also be made to any phone number if other person is
using the same app.

Hope this clears most of the doubts.

With best regards,
Satguru Rathi.

Use google pay, as Paytm has few accessibility issues with talkback.
Furthermore, paytm is not allowing the new users to complete KYC, resultantly
you won't be able to use paytm wallet to its fullest capacity. For bill pay,
money transfer and recharges google pay app is just fine, however g pay has not
wallet unlike paytm. You can link your rupay credit cards in both the apps for
seemless qr scan payment at the stores. In case you might have further
specific question, you are welcome. .
