This looks like it ought to be fixed. Using kdm to login? Perhaps this is related to another bug I reported earlier today. Check the path in /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc, you'll see that it's wrong.

This was the first thing I tried, and even copying the /etc/skel/* files over mine did not work. No luck. This seems that it may have happened in the last 3 KDE updates. Then try to login again as user. Let me know what happened.
