We have lost the option to translate the main GNOME presentation website a few years ago. Now we can not translate Release notes. This is not a good way from the translator's point of view. Problems with D-L
Hi, I'm not able to commit the following translation: https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-tour/master/po/cs/ It ends with the message: 504 Gateway Time-out So I have pushed it directly with git, but D-L doesn't reflect the changes and still shows the untranslated strings. I also need fix global statistics for Czech GNOME 41 documentation. It shows 288 untranslated strings but it should be 285. Corrupted GNOME Shell translations
Hi, I discovered an unpleasant problem with GNOME Shell translations. Several tens of strings disappeared from the translations a they commented now althouth they are active in source code. In addition Damned Lies shows an old state (and also downloads the correct files) so translators don't know about it. Some translations was repaired, but you can see this problem on da, hu, lv, ru, sk, sr, vi… Damned Lies shows and downloads 425 string – 100% translated. git file has only 365 strings and 60 active strings are commented now. If PO file is merged and contains old messages in comments #| it would be nice to show this old message. And optionally highlight differences against new message. It's horrible to look at small differences in long messages to know what is changed. Hi, GNOME 3.6 (stable) UI translations page shows state 100% (41255/0/0) http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/cs/gnome-3-6/ui/ but summary page for Czech team show 99% (41255/0/1) http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/cs/ Can someone fix it? První překlad
Ahoj, začal jsem překládat nápovědy k programům, protože v těch to, co se týká češtiny, zatím moc slavné není. Pro začátek jsem přeložil nápovědu od kalkulačky (gcalctool). Je to můj první překlad přímo pro Gnome a nějak jsem úplně nepochopil co s ním. Z informací na webu jsem vytušil, že člověk musí mít git účet, ale ten dostane, až po schválení na základě nějakého ukázkového překladu. Komu ale ten překlad zaslat? Sem do konference?
