seconds

mp_winlimit

mp_stalemate_timelimit

Timelimit (in seconds) of the stalemate round.

mp_autoteambalance

mp_autoteambalance_delay

Time after the teams become unbalanced to attempt to switch players.

mp_autoteambalance_warning_delay

Time after the teams become unbalanced to print a balance warning.

mp_maxrounds

Re: [hlds_linux] Re: hlds_linux digest, Vol 1 #5742 - 3 msgs

2007-09-18 Thread Svensk Ljud & Ljus Produktion

Memtest is downloaded and burned on a cd-rom - http://www.memtest.org/ -
download and burn a cd-rom - start your server with this cd and it will run
memory checks ! - A great tool !
if you dont get any errors - then its no problems with your memory cards !

The Voltage is displayed in your bios !

Good Luck !

How can I run memtest and check voltage? I am using fedora.

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_871_13118,00.html
AMD Athlon™ 64 Processors Driver Version 1.60.01 for Linux 2.6.

I would like to install these cpu drivers and rebuilt my kernel. How I can
do that? I have read that "readme" file too, but I am not sure how to
rebuilt my 2.6.22.5-76.fc7 kernel now!?

kicked from server.

I have AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ and Asus AM2 K8M890. I have read these but i
am not sure how I should rebuild my kernel now:

If "Timed out" is displayed then it can be because of many things ..

- the server did crach, can be corrupted files, hardware failures.
- autoupdating because of new verion realese.
- loading the server to hard so it restart treads ( I have never
experienced
this ).

run memtest and check voltage, if its craching then its switching to
certain
maps - remove thouse maps.

Good Luck.

Re: [hlds_linux] tried looking for this on the list...cant find :( -- AppFramework : Unable to load module bin/vphysics_i486.so!

2007-09-18 Thread Tony Blackmon

This issue was solved about 45 minutes after i wrote this email. i
deleted the bin directory, and ran another steam update...when it
finished redownloading this directory all was working properly.

thanks much though!

Tony Blackmon wrote:

i tried looking for this on the list, but the "full text" mbox download
just sits there giggling when you click on it, and i never was able to
find it by clicking the thread link for each entry in the list archive :(

anyways... attempting to start my newly installed and up to date server
yields the following:

   [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/srcds$ ./srcds_run -game cstrike +map de_dust
-maxplayers 24 -debug
   Auto detecting CPU
   Using SSE2 Optimised binary.
   Enabling debug mode
   Auto-restarting the server on crash
AppFramework : Unable to load module bin/vphysics_i486.so!
Unable to load interface VPhysics031 from bin/vphysics_i486.soTue
Sep 18 02:10:08 EDT 2007: Server Quit

   [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/srcds$

any help with this would be greatly appreciated

RE: [hlds_linux] Linux Dedicated Server Delayed

2007-09-18 Thread Martin Nicholls
> Better get WINE fired up, then...

Might not be the best idea ever.. :p

Shame to hear this, but in fairness it's not the end of the world. I can
wait to get my server up. Linux dedi should been pri #1 though - the number
gap between Windows servers for Source games and Linux servers is _immense_
(massive understatement time, sorry).

I'm hoping that Valve already know this and it really is just a case of last
minute problems and not some internal politics.

Anyways, good luck with the releases guys, even if the client already is
obviously broken ;)
