[JAWS-Users] Outlook Question

2009-04-26 Thread Kerryann Ifill
Hi List,

I'm currently using outlook 2007, jfw10 and windows xp pro.

My question is related to a change in the info JFW is giving since
yesterday. My outlook opens in the unread folder and usually it would give
the respective folder with the number of unread messages. However, what is
happening is that jfw is reporting a message to the effect Whatever folder
number 2unread items." I also used to get the message body by tabbing once,
but that is no longer there any thoughts?

[JAWS-Users] Outlook Question

2009-10-31 Thread Donnie Parrett
While using Outlook 2000 and JAWS 9, I used to hear Buggs Bunny say "Goodbye"
when I would send an
email. I am not hearing it anymore and have forgotten where I go to set it up.
 If anyone could
remind me, I would greatly appreciate it. I will thank you...if I don't
forget! Ha! Ha!

Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook question

2014-06-01 Thread Trish
I know that is true. I have Office installed, and I don't use Outlook, but
it's installed. I only had to enter the key one time when installing.
You might want to have someone look at t for you if possible and enter it
correctly, maybe you missed a letter or number, or maybe it needs to be in
caps.
I would write it down somewhere like in notepad, then copy and paste it in
the edit key field

Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook question

2014-06-01 Thread Alan Robbins
Ok, this is why Outlook is looking for a separate registration #. With
the student edition, you only get Word, Excel, and maybe a couple more
but I know Outlook is not included. It will allow you to install but
you need to purchase a registration # from Microsoft. Probably will
cost you at least $100

Home and Student office 2010 edition *does not* come automatically with
Outlook. You have to get it separately, which can be done around the
time you purchase Student.

Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook question

2014-06-02 Thread Steve

Dacia,

That explains your issue. Outlook is not available on Home and Student 2010;
only Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote. You need to have Home and
Business at a minimum to get Outlook, or Office 2010 Professional.

hello Dicia;

the reason why your being prompted to type in a office key is?
msoutlook doesn't come with student addition.
if you still want to email, you could use windows live mail,
or, if you want to use outlook, you would need to upgrade your office.

While using Outlook 2000 and JAWS 9, I used to hear Buggs Bunny say
"Goodbye" when I would send an
email. I am not hearing it anymore and have forgotten where I go to set
it up. If anyone could
remind me, I would greatly appreciate it. I will thank you...if I don't
forget! Ha! Ha!
