question about cookies and temp files

2014-05-01 Thread Rudolph, Douglas
hey guys. I am doing some cleaning up of my mac’s internals and was wondering
what a free and accessible app would be to delete all cookies and internet temp
files from the system? Ccleaner has became unresponsive and not comparable
with osx 10.9. Help would be amazing :) thanks a lot

Pages, headers and auto numbering

2014-01-21 Thread Rudolph, Douglas
hey guys. this is very much so frustrating me. How do i implement auto page
numbers for my documents using the latest version of pages on MAVRIX? Also, is
it possible to create a template with pages that will implement particular
headers, according to the class i need, and automatically implement the auto
page numbers in said document without myself creating them?
thanks a lot guys

User notification osx mountain lion

2013-10-01 Thread Rudolph, Douglas
Hey guys. I'm not sure if this has been asked, since i am generally too busy
with university classes to pay full attention. I am wondering, have any of you
ever got a dialog box in centre of your screen, that voice over only announces
"user notification" and nothing else, and you can't navigate this box in any
form and rely on the mouse curser to close it out? having no idea what this is
really about?. This normally happens to me when i am not connected to any wifi

seems there are songs in iTunes that don't actually exist, that are giving
iTunes the error about there are 66 songs that can't be converted. it seems
that this is causing iTunes to refuse any more imports, what do i do? i don't
want to lose my library and start over again.

Re: Personal hot spot on ios devices

2013-02-03 Thread Rudolph, Douglas
seems that many people have it in different spots, and others have it in the
same area as myself. i have one buddy with 6.1, and he has personal hotspot in
his cellular menu, where another bud has same spot as myself…. all 6.1. this
can't be something that the providers can decide where to have it is it?

Re: Personal hot spot on ios devices

2013-02-03 Thread Rudolph, Douglas
hey,
I have ios 6.1, my personal hotspot is still on the main settings screen under
bluetooth. I know my provider doesn't change the hotspot capabilities since
they say they can't remove or alter anything in the phone so I'm not too sure
how it works when you have to go to the provider to have ur personal hotspot
show up. anyway, its still main screen 4th item from the top.
airplane mode
wifi
bluetooth
personal hotspot.
