Re: [MMouse]: Tour Dates
Sorry guys, I know someone already posted this, but I deleted it - what is the most Notheastern state that Modest Mouse will be playing in? I'd be coming down from Nova Scotia, so Maine would be ideal - I saw Ween near Portland and it was like a 9 hour drive. If not Maine, what would be the closest, Boston? Thanks. Oh yeah - the big arguments. Feminists give feminism a bad name. Like most other doctrines, the sensible participants never get heard and the reputation is built on the actions of the idiot loudmouths. As for kids, if you want to have one go ahead. Just don't do it because it's what you THINK you're supposed to do as a normal citizen, or because your mom wants grandchildren. Also, once they're born don't bother compaining about the "terrible world" you have to raise your kids in.
Re: [MMouse]: tour dates.
They are playing the Bumbershoot festival. So you buy your ticket for Bumbershoot and they let people into the venue until they hit maximum occupancy. So its a good idea to get there early. Re: [MMouse]: tour dates @ www.modestmousemusic.com
Well. The John Anson Ford seems like a VERY strange place for Modest Mouse to play. Its like the Holywood Bowl Lite. Very architechture - and- champagne-ey.I saw Blur there at thier peak, which was perfect, because Blur fans are for the most part very well dressed late-twenty somethings. I fear these shows. I fear modest mouse's new booking agent. [MMouse]: TOUR EP once again
I will put the tour EP up on my FTP this weekend. That lazy bitch Russ didn't feel like cleaning up track 3, but I already have, so I can post that. Here's the titles: 1. Night on the Sun 2. You're the Good Things (it's alright to die) 3. Wild Packs of Family Dogs 4. Dark Center of the Universe 5. Your Life 6. no title Track 6 is supposed to be small, it's an :18 excerpt of blather. The CD is on Rebel Beat Factory, the Japanese subsidiary of K Records. To date, it has only been sold on tour at the venue on the night of the show. There are no official plans to distribute the album through K, but if copies become available, I should find out pretty quickly. However, in the meantime, I am begging for someone to please purchase at least one copy for me if they happen to see it at a show. Re: [MMouse]: Tour EP
By the way, in case you didn't notice, I'M STUPID! Of course you would need 3 if you had a couple friends who wanted them. Being the reactionary asshole I am, however, I didn't catch that little tidbit of information in your email. heh heh ryan

[MMouse]: Tour EP
I received a phone call from K Records regarding the Japanese tour EP that we have all been talking about for the last few weeks. I was told that there are no definite plans to release the EP, and that there is a possibility that K may get a few copies to sell. But thus far, it is strictly available only at shows. Again, the tour EP is only available on the TOUR at the VENUE. If someone sees Modest Mouse in the near future that wants to make some easy money, please pick up extra copies of the tour EP and I will buy them. I need at least 3 for myself and two of my pallies. I will make it worth yr while, I promise. E-mail me privately for more details, or if you know for certain that you can sell me a copy. MM on Epic? Does that mean more new music soon? *phiL* ___ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Visit http://www.msn.com
