Reports created by me with status resolved can be reopened by me, but I didn't check what happens when I actually do that. I have found this is an official known issue of Mantis bugtracker confirmed by other users, so let me know and I will close issues until this problem will be fixed by Mantisorg. Ah, that's the clue... Summary: I can now perform status changes from verify wait to resolved or (this is new:) from verify wait to closed for issues created by me. I can perform status changes from verify wait to resolved for issues not created by me. All other privileges referring to status changes have vanished. So now I can close bugs, but starting from verify wait I must skip the resolved status. That's something I can keep in mind. Thanks a lot for your efforts!
