[Bug 1005128] Re: [Fujitsu LifeBook S7110, Realtek ALC262] No sound at all
Hi, Even if the symptoms are not the sames, I have tried both changes (each ones or the two together) described with the following links: 1. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/946232 by following D Henningsson's instructions (Comment #32) 2. http://www.webupd8.org/2010/11/fix-hda-intel-realtek-alc887-no-sound.html and it did not solve the issue. I have also run the follwoing verison from LTS Ubuntu CD, and the soudns was with both working: - Ubuntu LTS 12.04 from the CD (try Option), Sound was working! - Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS from the CD (try Option), Sound was Working! So I guess something went wrong with a Ubuntu package Update right after installing the Ubuntu 12.04 (I have checked the option by installation in order to get the last package version online). [Bug 1005128] Re: [Fujitsu LifeBook S7110, Realtek ALC262] No sound at all
Since you're missing analog output port in pulseaudio, please check if your bug is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/946232 by following D Henningsson's instructions. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1005128 Title: [Fujitsu LifeBook S7110, Realtek ALC262] No sound at all To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1005128/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1005128] Re: [Fujitsu LifeBook S7110, Realtek ALC262] No sound at all
Hi, thanks for the feedback but it is not the similar issue as I can see the proper drivers output in both cases with and without headset (i ve put two screenshots to show this, sent per Email). This function stops working after the Ubuntu 12.04 installation. (done yesterday). Thank you.
