I opened http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-577 but Joakim fixed it and
proposed a workaround (we have to be sure to document it).
I'll test this workaround on monday

Sorry about that Wendy, it was either today or Sunday and Sunday seems a
bit late to finalize the release and be made available to the everyone.
Anyway, it'd still be good to test beta-3 even if it has been officially
released :)
Thanks,

checked the licenses, and tested with a clean local repository. Found
a bug, but it wasn't a regression so I'm all for release.

Things seem to be ok at the moment... I'm using the current trunk and

As this makes archiva totaly unusable to maven1 users, I consider this as
blocker, but maven2-only users will never get this issue, and this is only a
beta-release. Based on this "release often" principle wins.
I've no idea how many archiva users use it as maven1 proxy. In my cas

I can see exactly where it is broken too. The resourceExists is using

I tried the same maven1 request on an from-scratch archiva instance running

I also still have the wrapper.conf issue I noticed on beta 2 for windows :
