Hi All,
Hope all are doing well.
We are frequently getting the records releated to the event
SRM_IN_APP_REQUEST_CLOSED in the CAI:events.
This will be seperate daily activity for us to monitor this,because we are
getting 100..200 sometimes 400 records.

I have tried renaming the ar.ini file but it doesn't made any difference...

Hi all,
Some of our customers are facing an issue with BMC Remedy user client.
When ever any entrypoint is clicked ,the application is opening up but it is
getting shrink on left hand side corner.
We are using latest version of user client.

Hi All,
Hope all are doing well.
I came across issue with profiles.One of our customer has been administrator
permissions and other application master permissions ,but he is unable to add
functional roles (add button is disabled) in people form .
We are using 7.6.04 SP3.

Yes.
Repeating the operation is clearing the issue.But we are coming across nearly
30 to 40 Service requests stuck because
of this reason.It would be really helpful if you can suggest any solution to
avoid this.
