Hi John,
Thanks for that information about Spyware Blaster. It's comforting to
know that I can still use it with MSE.
Again, thanks and take care.

The items on my start menu, as of this morning, won't activate. When I enter
on an item on the start menu, jaws says, unchecked; can someone tell me what is
going on? This is the first time for this for me; is my machine haunted?
thanks,
Dan

I am using the latest jaws 12, windows 7 32 bit and looked at I E 9. There were
a few things that I did not like. I went to control panel to remove it. It was
not listed as a program.
To find it if you want to remove it go to control panel then to programs and

Hi
I was about ready to uninstall IE9 but then I went in to the IE options
and turned off most of the tab browsing features. Almost all the issues I
had with IE9 went away then. So, there is hope if one wants to stay with
IE9.
God bless,

Hello. I want to rip CDS, and put them on a psp for my friend.
What is the easiest way to do this? I have jaws 11, and Windows
media player 11, but it doesn't seem to be too accessible.

Hi Dan;
Personally I have never experienced what is happening to you but, have you
tried unloading reloading Jaws or rebooting the computer to see if either
helps? Also, what operating system what version of Jaws are you running?
Take care.

Hi Betsy,
Go to Sounds and Audio Devices in the control panel, and then move to the
audio tab.
Here you can set your default playback device, to the one your speakers are
connected to.
If you need more details let us know.

Hi Joshua,
We need a little more info.
First, what version of Windows are you using, and what is a PSP?

I am using Windows 7. A PSP is a gaming system that has an mp3
player built in. A sighted person with access to Windows Media

sync it with the device. However, Windows Media Player doesn't
seem to be that user friendly to a

So I could have JAWS coming out of the external card with a headset
and music coming out of my speakers.

I believe you could have done this without purchasing the external sound
card. I was able to do this with a USB headset.

Hi Andre,
I probably could have but I had an opportunity to purchase 6 of these
cards on Amazon for $11 with free shipping. The USB card has buttons
to adjust the volume and it's very convenient. It also has a microphone jack.
