with BDB backends, due to upstream bugs in the BDB integration, and all
our LDAP setups ended up using LDBM due to reliability concerns.

I found this problem is because word database is corrupted when
it was built with LANG=sk_SK.
I suspect other latin languages are affected by this bug.
Solution is to run each commands with LC_ALL=C in
/usr/sbin/crack_mkdict.
