aren't on the Sun. The reason I needed lesstif is to run nedit. I
couldn't get the binary package to run and it wouldn't compile from

be able to run an application based on lesstif2, right?
Also, 620414 / 1024 is ~ 605.87, which could be rounded to 606KB. I
download one via HTTP. I see a size of 623092, which is 608.48, rounds down
to 608KB.

I have both library files.
I don't know how to check the MD5 sum. I assume apt-get would do that
before install.
The .deb file I downloaded by ftp has a size of 620414 (using wc -c).

has a size of 608.5 kB.

It looks like it has *.so files in the package. I just downloaded it and
the size of the *.deb matches the site.
Maybe you can do some checking?
