While replacing, in "RealVectorFormat", the last occurrence of the old
"o.a.c.math.MathRuntimeException" in package "linear", I stumbled upon the
following:
1. "RealVectorFormat" inherits from the standard Java class "Format".
2. That "Format" class has a method
