For the 11.3 milestone I would like review for this last PR
https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/1857. Question / modification
occurs, but I don't know enough this part of NetBeans to judge if it's good.
It's about debugger.

When you say "trusted person", you simply mean an Apache NetBeans committer.
There's about 20,000 files in there -- or can you take a look in that ZIP
file and maybe specify which parts are relevant to what you're doing -- or
do we need all the files, in which case we may want a new repository aft

Looking into it, it seems to be about 20,000 files.

Hi guys,
This is bit of a complaint addressed to the NB infra community. When you
are stuck behind corporate proxy that is very aggressively filtering web
content, mirrors are a nightmare for you. In my case we need to whitelist
every single server hosting java binaries otherwise we get empty file
