I believe that Slim Devices can stream DRM files if they are windows
media DRM files and you are running Windows.

or maybe more correctly, do a quick search on "cue" and add your cue
sheet to the bug that matches yours
if none match, then add a new one.
d_parse, d_scan debug log would also be useful as an attachment.
Attachments are preferred because the comment windows wrap the logs to
nearly unreadable.
I'd file a bug at http://bugs.slimdevices.com/ with as much
info as you can. That's the best way to get it fixed.

Basically yes, what is normally tags in the files becomes entries in the
cuesheet. To me, however, any small convenience advantage that gains is
vastly outweighed by the inconvenience of finding software which
actually understands them properly. FLAC support is rare enough, but
FLAC & cuesheet?

been left on for a few hours, the searches take at least 25-30 secs
again but go back to virtually immediate after a restart. Have raised

I downloaded SS 6.2.1 yesterday and now my remote streaming (over the
Internet to work) doesn't work correctly any more. I manage to start
the MP3 player and play a song using the web interface to SS, but the
MP3 player stops playing the song when that first song ends. I think

bottom of the random mix web page to stop it continuously adding new
songs. This is currently labelled "Keep adding new stuff" until I can
think of some better text - suggestions welcome! This new feature

There seems to be a distinct slow down of web browser searches on my
system since going to 6.2.1.
It takes between 25-30 seconds to return a search result for a 4-5
character phrase and can take as long as 45-60 seconds.
My collection is 4500 tracks with a mixture of AAC, ALAC and MP3.

It might be worth your while to startup slimserver via command line so
that you can capture any debug output. You'll need ActivePerl though
which you can download and installed. Once installed, kill your
running slimserver. Then open a Windows command shell,
Start-Run and enter
cmd
Assuming Windows, check the windows event log.
Start->Run and enter
eventvwr.exe
and hit Enter. Look under the Application area for a log entry that
shows a crash. Copy and Paste the crash text here.

All was fine until this morning when I noticed that it was displaying
the "couldn't connect to server" message.
None of the settings had changed (I doubled checked) but the Wireless
Signal Strength was on 0%.

having done an album title search on my Slimp3, which returned several albums,
selecting the All Songs option before hitting play caused my entire collection
to be put into the now playing playlist. Not quite what I expected!

I have just purchased a SB2 and I had it sent to a friend's address in
the US who brought it to Brazil.
However, at the airport he had his luggage inspected and the SB2 was
taken out of its plastic wrapper and was left without it. During the

group them accordingly.
I never had any luck using the group-by-filename option, but ID3

The ReadyNAS 600 and ReadyNAS X6 from Infrant (http://www.infrant.com)
also officially support Slimserver. Their products are much higher end
than the TS-101 though.
