Nice, this inspired me to turn an old iPhone 3g with broken glass in to
a SB Recevier.
To activate it without a SIM card I had to jailbrake it.
The rest was easy, just turn on Flight mode, turn on WiFi, turn of
everything else, sounds, notifications and stuff like that and install

There is something strange going on with the NFL play-by-play channels.
I am using the squeezebox app to my Squeezebox Touch. When I tune a NFL
station, I am getting baseball. When I try to access the same channel
with my iPhone Sirius XM app, I get the right game. Any thoughts? Any
way to get the

Yea, these commentators always have a really narrow view on "the whole
world of recorded music". Even though I don't listen to them, for me
that would at least include some smaller acts like The Beatles or so but
who am I to judge, I listen to Lady Gaga more often than to Paul
MacCartney... Yet st

I'm seriously considering cancelling my satellite TV service and going
strictly internet and OTA. I get all my locals in HD over the air with
no trouble. My big question is on things over the internet. For instance
on a PC I can go to aetv.com and get the most recent episodes of things

Thanks all for your help, i'll give the reloading the vb software a go.
I did a bit of a trial last playing music from different sources.
spotify and Radio via mysb.com still buffered local music ok. (although
only did it for a couple of hours).

BTW: One thing I never mentioned in any of the announcement (you could
call it an easter egg) just came to my mind when somebody asked about
master power:
1. (I might have mentioned this one) If you "hold" the "power" button in
iPeng, you can turn off all players (not only the ones in one sync

Doesn't SqueezePad send a WOL packet, too?
iPeng certainly does but I believe I've seen such an option in
SqueezePad, too. You might have to configure it manually, have a look at
the options.

Can I wake my computer using Squeezepad? Right now if I fire up
squeezepad when the server's sleeping it just says it can't find the
server.
And can I reset my squeezebox without the remote, either via my server
or with the ipad and Squeezepad?
Waking and resetting are just about the only uses

Or just leave it alone running 7.7.1 but don't switch players to
MySB.com, no frequent updating/downgrading on the players.
LMS can do everything MySB.com can plus a lot more, no need to switch
between them. ;)
