I have a strange problem with one particular e-mail. This is an email that was sent to about
60 users and has been opened and the attachments have been read before.
All of a sudden when someone tries to open 3 of the 4
attachments the user gets Operation Failed. Any other

That would not be the intended
result of the storage mechanism in Exchange.

This may be a total shot in the dark - but have you
checked the amount of disk free space on the Exchange server? We recently had a
similar issue and it turned out we were running out
