[hlds] Stopwatch HUD Issue

Running through Gravelpit a bit on the private server with Stopwatch turned on (via Competition .cfg file) and it appears the HUD is not working. The timer countdown that usually displays, the actual countdown is missing and does not display. But it is still working off that time. Screenshot link

Anyone else notice that the HLTV servers are broadcasting oddly? Right now I'm looking at HLTV on my HLSW app and I'm watching the server bounce between the HLTV info (slots and hostname) to the match server info... very odd. This link shows the HLTV hostname and slots:
