I have the same issue with CS:S. Just rcon the bot_add statement. I have
yet to check my server config to see if
servers will add bots by chnging the position of the cfg string. If

This same error was generated by another error w/ the HPB_Bot under
HL1108, it was caused by spies throwing hallucination grenades. I would
assume that, yes, the problem is caused
