If you are in Tile view, icons are displayed like tiles in a shower are laid
out, & need to be navigated using your Left / right arrow & up / down arrow
keys. So, if you are not finding the Customize This Folder option try
putting your view into List view & it'll be a whole lot easi

Okay, I was trying some hotkey combinations, and now I am constantly hearing
Outline Levels, Paragraph Marks, and New Lines. How do I get those turned
off and stay off? Possibly do I need to delete the default template?

Currently, I am not aware of any GPS that works with Jaws, if that is what
