Hello Sandee,
Like Bill said early on - Welcome to The Group.
I agree with Bill - given all that is there AND the great condition it
appears to be in, I'd rate the price as one worth paying.
Keep in mind if you are buying it person-to-person vs in a pawn shop or on
eBay, you are also

Don't know where your located. But I too have a 1200 for sale. Upgraded z axis , rotory table, thin stock support, also has the standard CNC upgrade. I have a lot more attachments not listed. All in new contition. I'm in Pennsylvania if interested. I had very little use on this unit. Also had the

Sandee
There are ways of making your mill do longer work than its designed to do.
And there are motors and controllers on ebay like this motor
https://www.ebay.com/itm/114248528570?hash=item1a99be32ba:g:lx4AAOSw~cRe2Syo
And using this controller
Hey Sandee,
I could run out and measure mine for sure if you'd like but its pretty
long.
Like I said you can extend too.

Sandee,
Yes your more right on the dimensions I have the exact same machine and
love it. I also added some extensions for a job 2 weeks ago and
ran 99 inch long parts so some of us will share what you can do. I also did
not have a drive motor but had the predecessor the WoodChuck and
adapted that
Thats a great price.

Hey Sandy,
This is a fairly high price without a drive motor, but if it's close and
super clean it may be the way to get
what you want. Does it have any bits or anything? The rotary table is
awesome, sounds like you have the drive shaft too?
You will not regret owning one.
Kind Regards,
Bill,
Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, this one doesn’t have the Z axis. I really
wanted a motor and I felt that without a motor this is a bit on the high
side price wise. But it is local to me which is a big plus. I looked up
the one in Texas. You are right that it is a much better deal,
Curt,
Thanks for your input. This 1200 is free standing and according to specs I
found online has a stated capacity of 11” diameter and 72” length. I would
prefer a motor, but maybe not a deal breaker as this one is practically in
my backyard which is a big plus. I’d love a longer capacity
I looked at that mill in Texas it has the drive motor and a Z axis and a set of
Pilaster Mounting Dogs (which you can make from wood) all that is great and is
lots cheaper too, but no rotary table and no vices and no linear table if the
$2250 one has a Z axis then I would defiantly go that way.
Sandee
The price is fair not cheap but not overpriced either especially if its well
taken care of as you say. if it included the drive motor it would be quite a
good price. but you can work the mill just fine without your arm will just get
tired that’s all I worked without a motor for years. I
