Options > Customize > 12. Other Settings
Scroll to 12.5 and click Turn on or off Optional Reminder Messages

I agree with Michele that it's a lot easier to use the Windows Explorer
option to find your files.
However if there are a few files (up to 10) that you use regularly, click
on the round "L" icon in the upper left corner (or the "System" tab,
depending on your selection for Design > Styles) to show
If you click on the big blue L in the upper left corner (or the System menu
option in certain configurations), you get a list of your most recently used
family files. The 2 you use most should be at the top of the list most of time.

Well, I have the Deluxe version and the big blue L does *not* bring up a
list of recently used files. I searched Customize and don't see how to
change it. I'd appreciate some help on this too!
