Probably just boil potatos, mash them up and put them in the bread dough
mixture. My wife

Wife used it during cancer treatment. Pretty much shuts the whole lower GI
down, I guess.

There is a qualified dearth of dining options in ANC at this point. Lots of

Not that I recall. Some years back it got knocked over on the left side, and
that rendered the “On/Off” switch wonky in that the detent that held it in the
“Off” position was really touchy. You always made sure it was off before you
plugged it in (which you should do anyway.) When I opened it

What are you folks eating during your time in, or are you ordering out?
Today marks 16 days since we've eaten out. I see a lot of the facebookers
complaining about gaining weight eating at home but I've moved down to the last

Supply/demand working properly. The sure way to cure the toilet paper
shortage is to raise the price until supply meets demand. But that's
called "price gouging" in the media.
What's worse,

Well one thing I have noticed is that the farther up the socio-economic chain
the more plentiful stuff gets.
WalMart is out, Publix might have some, there’s all kinds of stuff at the Fresh
Market. For those willing to pay the higher prices stuff is still there.
Haven’t looked at paper goods,

Its funny that people seem to have forgotten those places exist. We go to the
co-op in Keene, last time we went they had everything you could want. People
were crying about not being able to get stuff like ground meat at the grocery
store...

Yeah, the lack of walking, of which I usually did 3+ miles a day during the
week at work, has definitely taken a toll.
We usually eat a big lunch and just graze around dinner time. If we prepare
dinner 2-3 times a week that’s probably a lot.

My fridge is stocked, plenty to eat. Daughter unit has relocated to the
vast estate for the duration and has been a bad influence on eating
habits (too much of the wrong stuff!). We went and got some good
takeaway Sat evening and a coupla crowlers from the local brewery so
that was nice;
