Thanks, I think I got the correct answer. IT does need VT enabled processor apart from being simply 64Bit binary compatible for it to work with VMWare ESX and XenServer. Direct installation of Windows 2008 on this hardware with Intel Xeon 3.0Ghz processor does work. VMWare ESX is displaying
