That film was never developed. That usually happens when the film is
loaded onto steel reels and two layers of film get into one slot. The
bad load onto the reel can be caused by the reel being bent. I don't
know how to fix the latter problem, and the film is no longer fixable
either...

Has the strip of film been cut? Or is that actually near one end of the

It would be helpful to know if (uncut) it is at one end or the other (or
conversely, from somewhere in the middle).

two spots on the unprocessed section are when the loading went bad.
