Plug these numbers into Google Maps search bar: 40.702820, -73.989601 & access street view. DUMBO means Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. I found that out using TinEye to search and see if I could find the original of the image. It doesn't look like the sun is setting in the north to me.
