Not an ideal solution but perhaps installing squeezeplay on a laptop or
tablet will give you the web interface you need and allow you to play
radio stations albeit in low fidelity depending on the speakers of the
laptop or tablet

Depending on the quality of the local technical staff and whether the
WiFi is outsourced you may be able to get a MAC address exception added
to their system. I have had this done in the past in similar situations.

Yeah, some only require a simple and single click on one box to accept
the TOS. But absent a web browser it's a no go. :(

If the laptop is Windows simply google "internet connection sharing" to
see how to set it up in your laptop network settings. Essentially you
are turning the laptops network card into

Do you mean by this to set up a wi-fi hotspot on the Laptop or Tablet
(if that is possible) or link the Radio to the Internet via the Laptop
or Tablet?
