If it is standard Velocity wheel it is a Velocity cup/cone hub, and they will warranty it. Contact them first, as they can assist you on how to assist you best. I have read may cases of thei rims failing and them sending out even a new rim and or even a wheel to people. Let them help you. You

It all depends on the hub. And on how much you want to do it yourself, or pay someone to do it. Wobbles are not that dangerous, just not that aesthetic in a nice bike, even if it is beausage instead of a warranty issue. So fix it.
