Great flying today. I haven't closely looked at the scores but without
counting throw outs, Joe Wurts, Darrell Z., and Jim McCarthy seem to be top
dogs after day one, although the scores are V E R Y tight.

My mention of Fults Hill drew some queries. It's a public park in rural
Illinois about 45 minutes from downtown St. Louis Mo. South on Rt 3 to

I had the same trouble with a wing on my new contest bird. Just to clarify, mine is a
carbon/glass wing, not obechi. I used a heat
gun to warm the surface, held it opposite the natural bend and then used a cold towel
to cause the new 'set'. It's stayed that way
