option when building.

That's the officially in-official release. But I'd go with 7.9.1
already. There are important updates

I don't mind setting up piCorePlayer, it's the LMS server/player prefs
that I find time consuming.
I store LMS cache/prefs on an attached USB stick, if anything goes
wrong, I just reflash an SD card with the piCorePlayer image, boot up, a
few bits and pieces to sort out, install LMS, and you're

I believe the advice is to
To check if SOX is the correct version, go to SETTINGS-> ADVANCED ->
C-3PO Transcoding Helper and you should see something like this:
23396
Please note "dsd capable" verison and be sure to check DSF and DFF
formats.
Then goto SETTINGS-> PLAYER, chose your player and C-3PO from the
select
Running LMS on PiCorePlayer.
After recent power outage the SD card got corrupt and i had to reinstall
(my finally good working config) PcP and LMS all from scratch. No fun to
do it again.
How to prevent SD card corruption with PcP in combination with LMS
(connect power to UPS?)
