I made a 4 hour trip, recording over 100 places in audio with MTE. But the
saved gpx is 0 byte long.
Fortunately, I also saved the trace as a kml, which displays correctly in
google earth.
But if I try to convert from kml to gpx wit

I just tried directupload on windows. It’s a nice idea. But when you click “ok”
nothing seems to happen. If you click again, it turns out that it uploads the
gpx twice. I’ll wait and see if the dupe is rejected or if it actually creates
a dupe, unneeded trace on the server.

No big deal, but when I hit < reply > on a talk@openstreetmap.org message,
it replies to the message originator, not the list. I have to hit "reply
all", and remove the originator.
On the French ML, I just have to hit "reply", as in most MLs. I use outlook
as a mail reader. Is this a problem ?

IMO, comparing bus stops to post boxes or phone booths is a bit specious. Of

Yes I had mapped the city limits quite precisely ,but the coastline was very
approximated. Making both match was a breeze.
You have to be careful, though, when selecting a way, not to insert an
unneeded new node inadvertently. I was confused at first, must get used to
it.

I just added MTE to "My Applications" using the provided .jad file. On Sony
V630 and K530. Never used other brands.
I didnt find an official forum for that program, just the author's blog.
