assumed.
That said, I think the bug is for now "incomplete" in the sense of breaking the
initial report into two things:
A) I see this on upgrade on one machine, which is unexpected.
B) If this file is generated by each mach
Oh. Maybe this is a bluez regression. It looks like the shell code has
been rewritten and that's what is not working. Sometimes the test
commands from python-dbusmock don't get through.

We've seen a couple of bug reports that look very similar and thus I was
looking to find a pattern in them all.
I have it on 16.04 LTS running on a Fujitsu LifeBook T4215. There is an
"estimating" message, and the percentage rises from 50% to 100%, then
cycles in the same range.

The crash was in libc (while looking up the translation of a string),
not in nano itself. Could it be that you updated libc shortly before
the crash?
As this crash happened in an alpha release, and if you cannot reproduce
it any more in 17.10 proper, I think this bug can be closed.

The attachment "iproute2_4.14.1-0ubuntu3.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff.
The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that

isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment,
remove the "patch"
getCompressorExtensions() ignores the empty extension, thus that change
broke support for uncompressed index ifles on cdrom.
