The patch in comment 9 seems to be a bit different from the one that was
sent to Debian, also does it remove a few changelog entries. Can

As you'd observed from the start, I suspect we need to drop the 'format=raw'
from the command. Please add the following to the disk definition in your

several guest kernels (CentOS 5 ISO, Maverick PXE boot and ISO, Squeeze

I can't reproduce this. I just happen to have an LTSP server installed
(Lucid 32bit), which uses tftpd-hpa for thin client bootup, and it works
just fine.
