Personally I don't believe an ideal SMB server is do-able. At least not with
the present state of OSS. But I'd place my bets on Ubuntu (the server team) to

Going the drupal mod way is of course a good way to integrate with the site,

My guess, is, as Ubuntu laptops are already lower in demand than Windows
laptops, the demand in Belgium would be very low, at least to Dell standards.
Hence they focus on biger markets (countries) first.
