Just confirming this seems fixed for the 12.3 DVDs.
I just checked this on the 12.3 build 0347 DVD. (The latest milestone
as of Jan 19, 2013).
I had no issues. The same laptop with a 12.2 DVD shows the memtest86+
failure.

Along side install fails on Lubuntu raring amd64

I had a ah-ha moment. This bug is created by me in Lubuntu raring
amd64. I have been changing the Widgets/Themes to Clearlooks in the
live desktop before starting the along side installation. After
reviewing the var/log/installer/debug I saw the theme problem and lift
the Lubuntu-default
Opps it appears this bug is not fixed in Lubuntu raring desktop amd64 in
current 20121207.
1) clean entire drive install
2) Attempted along side install failed
3) installed manual install successful
4) attempted another along side install failed
Partitions did not show sizes and I was not able
Additional information did a side-by-side of Ubuntu raring desktop amd64
20121207 and it completed just fine looks like it is Lubuntu specific
now.

If you are seeking a stable version i would recommend reinstalling
12.04. We are testing the 13.04 powerpc flavors and the kernel sound and
radeon problems still exists. I can get a clean working version but
with no sound as well on the 3.7.0 kernel.

I am seeing a similar issue with a Kubuntu 12.10 installation and an ATI
FirePro Graphics card. On occasion the KDE screen capture utility
(KSnapshot) will do the same thing, but sometimes it works. I cannot
find any pattern with KSnapshot.

No language try

Created persistent USB Lubuntu desktop 13.04 amd64. Booted up USB and
had no normal select language screen and no try or install menu screen.
Hitting enter twice gets me to the live screen persistence is fine, and
iso installs fine on full drive and along side installs. Will

Bluetooth audio is non-functional, via sound settings the balance and
rest of the control settings are greyed out. Also the sound test button
didn't produce a sound at all.

A patch to get rid of such things, use gtk_window_set_urgency_hint()

least Quantal. Many of the function prototypes (maybe all) in
/usr/share/doc/libxt-dev/intrinsics.html have a prefix fsfunc on their

I am having the same problem with Adobe Reader 9.4.2, Lubuntu 11.04 and
with a HP J4580 printer. Black does not seem to be printing, Red is
weak. I have tried changing many settings in Adobe Reader but am unable

First with the boot paramter.
Then the more permanent removal of module and commenting out sound
modules in blacklist.local.conf.
By the way did you get the sound working after loading new sound
modules?
