Remove that file (just move it to another place)

I just went though my old bugs and found this one. In the karmic package
the bug is still present, and there is also no longer a loop module
(seems to be compiled in the kernel now). I didn't use Xen for over two
years, so for my part you can set this to Won't Fix if you wish.

Inspiron 9300 with 1.7GHz Centrino goes to 100% and frames are dropped.
We also have Acer Aspires that show the same effect. This processor

I started experiencing something similar today after enabling Karmic
proposed repositories and performing an upgrade. The upgrade pulled in
updates for xserver. The updates seem to be related to the failsafe
server. Reverting to the Karmic released versions of the xserver
packages resolves the p

When both sides keep silence, there no sound at all in speakers. It's
normal practive in IP telephony to substitute silence with a very small

I have just installed karmic in my Fujitsu-siemens Amilo 1705, and reinstalling
alsa with modifucations #43, headphone sound goes very well.
You must take into account that modifications in Alsa with ubuntu 8.04 differs
fron those needed to incorporate for ubuntu 9.04 and ubuntu 9.10.
