Hi Nish, Thanks. I was able to finally figure out to change TFTP_OPTIONS in /etc/default/tftpd-hpa to include --ipv4 and startup worked. With this experience I would have preferred for ipv6 to be turned off by default. And provide commented TCP_OPTIONS in the config file on how to turn on ipv6.
