The "No where to go" messages should be completely gone in 3.8. The
changes are far too substantial to backport to quantal however.

It also caused the frequency of "ieee80211 phy0: brcms_c_prec_enq_head:

With the same problem I found and tested your 18-patch series "brcmsmac:
Tx rework and expanded debug/trace support" on top of 3.6.5 and it
solves this problem for me. Awesome so far. This is using a
debian/wheezy system. I still see the common 'WARNING' at
brcms_c_wait_for_tx_completion.
