If I start OOo with Openbox as my window manager - bug occurs, menu is far
right of rightmost screen.
If I start OOo w/ Beryl, but switch to Openbbox - no bug, unless I move the

I should have been more clear: I checked and verified that the bug still
occurs when I switch to openbox and test it. Normally I use Compiz
these days and there is no problem.

Kubuntu 6.10 amd64, NVidia, TwinView on:

Sorry it took me so long to get a chance to test this - I just did an
'openbox --replace' to switch to openbox as my window manager and the
bug still repros for me on Hardy with the latest updates.

I should have been more clear: I checked and verified that the bug still
occurs when I switch to openbox and test it. Normally I use Compiz
these days and there is no problem.

I am also experiencing this problem on ArchLinux using Fluxbox 1.0
(which is very similar to Openbox) and Openoffice 2.4. It's very

Apparently this bug is 64bit specific and then only on certain window
managers. Disabling SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk apparently also makes it so
that you can no longer open documents either according to the other
thread.
