Hi,
I'm looking for feedback on which AWS client libraries should be made available
as part of Ubuntu. Making it easy to develop applications that use AWS and UEC
services is one of the goal of the Ubuntu Server team. The AWS client libraries
blueprint [1] focuses on listing existing projects and

This is where I disagree: I do not think MMR is useful for the common

I think the documentation should cover both configurations and let the
reader decide which to pursue. While MMR involving more than two systems
can become complicated and may cause obscure problems especially for new
users, MMR on two systems works quite well with a fairly simple
configuration and

That really should have read: "Smarter people *than* I ...". Otherwise,
the sense is completely warped. :D

Hello everyone,
I recently noticed in the OpenLDAP section of the Ubuntu Server Guide
that we suggest people configure replication in multi-master mode (MMR).
I respectfully disagree with that, and would like to discuss whether we
should document single-master replication instead.
Smarter people

Hello to whom ever is reading this,
I'm looking for any information relating to Ubuntu Server 9.10 and RSA
Authentication Manager 7.1 and Agent, setup and configuration. I'm pretty
new to RSA and want to avoid installing the authentication manager on
winblows. At the same time was wondering if any

Try just creating a virtual server on apache or whatever just to give
a way to be able to download the file... it would be something like:
$HTTP["host"] == "catalina-download" {
server.document-root = "/path/to/tomcat/log/dir"
}

I am using GUI application lamdaprobe for accessing catalina.out file.
the issue is that it doesnot contain search feature for finding out
exceptions in catalina.out file since i do not want to give physical
ssh access to the tomcat server
Please guide/suggest.
Thanks and Regards,
Kaushal
I'm not at all interested in clustered filesystems. I'm only
interested in a clustered volume management
solution.
I already know about clvm and it's need for redhat's suite...I'm just
wondering if there's an alternative.
I thought I read somewhere about EVMS supporting clustering natively.
But I
