this is a funky keyboard, and according to the little bit of research I
have done, this keyboard, Sun Type 7, seems to have issues with other
DEs as well. If this isn't a Xorg issue, I am hoping you might be able

I can confirm this action with a Kensington slimline keyboard. Though I
can confirm this on every DE I use, KDE, GNOME, and Xfce.
If I press 'Ctrl+FastForward' all that I get is 'FastForward'. I never
thought of using those keys with a modifier.

I am also experiencing this issue on R200 hardware.
In Jaunty, when enabling compositing, the system looks for 3 instances
of texture_from_pixmap in the output from glxinfo. It's there.
On Karmic, there are only 2 instances of this in glxinfo output.
Compositing in KDE is horribly slow, in Gnome
@svaens: Xorg 1.6.0 is fairly close to 1.6.3. You could try applying the
backclear patch to it. I'd say your chances are about 95% that it'll
work.
In my experience the latest drivers don't resolve this issue.

Bryce - this exact problem occurs on Macbook in Karmic (beta) with the
X233H on the Nvidia 9400M - also doesn't connect to the projectors in
Millbank in anything greater than 640x480. Same setup works for both on
