If I create a presentation, and then in the body of a slide click - insert -
video or sound - sound - and select an mp3 file, it tells me [on my Macbok]
that the audio format is unsupported. A wav file works OK.
On my other machine [also OS X Yosemi] there's no issue.

Once again (someone answered this the last time I asked but I can't find it
now), I can't figure out how to print my slides with the notes in portrait
format. The print dialog keeps coming up as landscape and there's no way to
switch it.

Import text [in writer and impress and maybe others] defaults to using the
source document formatting. I would like to change the DEFAULT to unformatted

I have a template using styles for Impress for white text on a black
background, with the font face and sizes of my choice.
I added a hyperlink and had to manually change the color so that it would show
up on the black background. How do I define a style for this?

link, I get a cuss message that OO could not find a browser on my system. It
says to check desktop preferences [which doesn't show anything about a
browser]. I have both Safari and Chrome

Some PDF's seem to have fields that can be filled in by the user - this is
useful for filling in various forms.
The all purpose Preview in OS X will do this as well as act as a mean and lean
replacement for Acrobat Reader for viewing PDF's.
